- IFF upgraded its assessment system in April 2019. It went from an internal assessment system to an online assessment tool used by hundreds of companies at the international level. This new system makes it possible to carry out hot assessments(end of session), cold assessments (a few months after the end of training) and to offer comparative analyzes. Through its level of analysis, the tool also makes it possible to better detect points of progress and thus improve the effectiveness of corrective actions.
