IFF IS A FRANCO-MOROCCAN INSTITUTE OF CONTINUING EDUCATION DEDICATED TO RAIL PROFESSIONALS.
Our training catalog includes more than 100 modules designed by railway experts, managerial and cross-functional professionals.
This set of training modules aims to introduce trainees to rail traffic to start with the rules of traffic safety, addressed in various basic modules and to approach the security management and understanding feedback. The adopted pedagogy is based on theoretical inputs, with practical exercises on simulator and / or in virtual reality.
The training courses allow trainees to carry out operating operations on a link, to know the principles of architecture and maintenance and to differentiate the different components of a network. Trainees will be able to configure the various materials, describe the maintenance standards and identify and follow up on the various faults on the equipment.
These modules are aimed at operators, supervisors and managers. They mainly target safety organs and functions (running gear, brakes and non-destructive tests), alternating practical sequences (use of numerous models) and theoretical ones, the objective of which is to teach the knowledge and professional reflexes necessary for the proper execution of maintenance operations on rolling stock.
The train driving training offered at the IFF allows, thanks to a latest generation driving simulator, to familiarize with safety, regulations and driving practices, beyond the specific knowledge of a machine or a line. The training intended for the supervision of future drivers supervisors, focuses primarily on the subjects of management, overall performance and quality of life at work.
This training is made up of training modules ranging from taking up a commercial manager's position to serving travelers. The design of this training was carried out with the integration of new business concepts, human and managerial resources. This method includes scenarios, role plays, case studies, individual and collective exercises for anchoring theoretical knowledge and putting into practice new postures and professional reflexes.
This training will allow trainees to know the basics of logistics, to master the language of the trade, to learn operations and to take into account the constraints related to the trade of logistics and to define the theoretical rules which set the implementation strategy, the development and management of a logistics warehouse. It will also make it possible to know all the uses of IT tools relating to customs operations, flow management operations, operations to prepare customer orders...
The objective of these various training courses is to pilot a building work project in terms of quality, costs and deadlines and to allow the trainees to know the techniques and the rules of implementation to avoid disorders or malfunctions. The training also aims to initiate an analysis to imagine repair solutions, master the principles and tools of quality management and implement the different stages of a quality approach on site
These courses will allow executives to pilot and carry out their projects while applying international practices. The intern will be able to acquire the fundamentals of project management, working in project mode and in a team. It will also allow to know the principles of planning and cost and risk control methods, but also to understand the key points of project management in terms of organization, management and operation. Then define a vision, an ambition and conditions for the success of a behavioral and human project.
Cross-functional training allows trainees to individually manage their employees (feedback, listening, motivation, etc.), to coordinate and lead their teams (choice of priorities, cooperation, meetings, negotiations, etc.), to act as a relay between management and agents ( communication of the strategy…), managing difficult situations (reframing, stress, conflicts…) but also clarifying and consolidating one's position as manager within one's environment or even understanding and using visual management tools.
IFF organizes several activities and events, follow us to stay tuned.
