SETRAG has launched an innovative program to train and integrate 15 young executives in partnership with IFF and BBS Gabon.
The kick-off event took place in Libreville on 5 March in the presence of SETRAG CEO Christian MAGNI and other key figures. IFF was represented by Raphael RABIER and Abderrahim EL HACHIMI.
IFF has been chosen by SETRAG to manage this 15-month program known as “TREMPLIN”, which will alternate between Gabon, Morocco and France.
The program will include training in railway professions as well as support and coaching for young executives during the 15-month cycle, which will also include managerial, financial and management training provided by BBS.
91% was the satisfaction rate of participants at this kick-off event.
