On November 3, 2026, in Hanoi, the official closing ceremony for the FEXTE VIETNAM program was held, marking an important milestone in railway cooperation between France, Morocco, and Vietnam.
The ceremony featured remarks by the French and European Union ambassadors to Vietnam, as well as by the Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Construction.
A program with tangible results:
-136 beneficiaries supported;
-10 training modules implemented in Vietnam, Morocco, and France;
-Exchanges of expertise, visits to high-speed rail facilities, and feedback sessions to support the development of Vietnam’s railway skills.
The ceremony also provided an opportunity to present the program’s results, hear from trainees through their testimonials, and award certificates to the participants.
Beyond the results, the FEXTE program illustrates the strength of international cooperation based on knowledge sharing, the transfer of expertise, and the promotion of local skills.
IFF is proud to have contributed to this program alongside its partners, notably SNCF International, AFD, the Vietnamese Ministry of Construction (MOC), and the Vietnam Railway Authority (VNRA).
