We were pleased to welcome Ms. Amandine THOMAS-COMMIN, Managing Director of OUIGO España, on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
The program began with a tour of the IFF’s training facilities and continued with direct discussions with OUIGO ES trainees undergoing initial simulator-based driver training at the Institute.
Discussions with the IFF team highlighted the satisfaction of the OUIGO ES trainees as well as the relevance of the training programs offered by the Institute, which are in line with international industry standards.
The rest of the program included an immersion at the ONCF, featuring a visit to the CCR and meetings with the teams responsible for traffic control and safety, followed by an experience aboard the TGV Al Boraq between Rabat and Casablanca, with a tour of the train’s interior.
Through this visit, the IFF reaffirms its commitment to strengthening skills for the benefit of OUIGO and to developing international cooperation in the railway sector.
