Friday September 30th marked the end of the initial training for SETRAG District Managers, which began on 21 February 2022 in Franceville.

A fruitful exchange allowed to close this course and to collect the general appreciations of the trainees.

Hosted for 15 weeks at IFF for sessions combining theoretical courses and immersion in the field, the trainees took part in a feedback meeting on all the training sessions in the presence of the teaching team and members of the IFF board.

“The content was quite substantial, the courses were given by people who mastered their subjects. The field trips were opportunities to put oneself in a situation and above all to learn well beyond the context of the main courses. The training has transformed us, we have a different view of railway practices. IFF is a place to point to for any professional in the sector”. Testifies Amidin TSOUERI MBANDA, head of the group of trainees track district manager.

With an overall satisfaction rate of 94% on this tailor-made course, the training was unanimously appreciated by all the participants, as shown by their comments:

“The training modules were very well organised, and everything was put into practice in the field between theory and practice. The facilitation was up to my expectations…” ;
“The result of this training course is very positive because of the information received, which fits in well with our production needs in terms of maintenance quality, studies, implementation and work management in the field of railway signalling”;
