The ordinary general meeting of shareholders and the meeting of the Supervisory Board of IFF were held on 30 June in the presence of the members of the Institute’s Management Board.
On the agenda of the OGM: Approval of the 2020 accounts, renewal of the Management Board’s mandate, replacement of changes in the Supervisory Board.
The OGM noted the appointment of Mr Diego Diaz, President of SNCF International, as a member of the Board to replace Dominique Vastel.
The Supervisory Board appointed Diego DIAZ as Chairman and Mohammed SMOUNI as Vice Chairman. It also confirmed the renewal of the mandate of the members of the Management Board. The meeting also provided an opportunity to review IFF’s activities in the first half of the year.
