On Tuesday October 10th, IFF and PRI organized their third webinar on the topic of Human ressource Management in the Railway Sector.

This event hosted nearly 115 participants coming mainly from The Philippine Railways Institute, various railway operators and railway lines in the Philippines as well as participations from Morocco (ONCF) and France (SNCF).

The webinar, which lasted almost an hour and a half,  was covered by top-quality speakers and ended by a QA session with the mixed audience that enabled an unrivalled opportunity for exchange and feedback :

From SNCF, Barbara GRAU, Head of European and International HR Affairs at SNCF, provided an insight into sncf’s recruitment and retention policy.

Kimjay LAMAR, Chief Transportation development officer at PRI brought the participants closer to the topic of talent retention in the Philippine rail sector, focusing on the mediating role of job embeddedness.

For his part, Mounir Tachnout,  Head of Management Department at ONCF’s Rolling stock Division presented a contribution highlighting the challenges and opportunities of human resources management in the Moroccan rail sector.
