🚆 From November 24 to December 5, IFF organized the MA13 training program: Introductory Session on Rolling Stock Techniques (SITM), an ambitious course that brought together nearly 60 young rolling-stock managers from the SNCF Group, ONCF, SIANA, and SCIF in a truly collaborative and international environment 🤝🌍.

Objective: to understand and master the principles that guide technical and technological choices for rolling stock ⚙️🔧.

Highlights:
– 🎤 Technical lectures led by railway experts from SNCF and ONCF
– 🚧 Field-based educational visits to the SIANA Technicentre in Tangier and the Industrial Maintenance Facility of Casablanca (EMIC), offering a concrete immersion into the world of railway maintenance in Morocco 🇲🇦

Beyond the learning itself, the session was filled with meaningful human moments: enriching exchanges between colleagues 💬, friendly dinners 🍽️, cultural diversity… and even a few birthdays celebrated along the way 🎂🎉!
