The IFF Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Abdelkader Boujdad as Chairman of the IFF Management Board and Mr. Ulrich Boully as General Manager of the Institute, effective January 1, 2026, replacing Mr. Youssef Bahmad and Mr. Raphaël Rabier, respectively.
Two outstanding careers in the railway sector:

• Abdelkader Boujdad, a graduate of ENIM with nearly 30 years of experience at ONCF, has developed recognized expertise in railway operations and traffic management, having held the position of Director of Traffic (2019–2025).
• Ulrich Bouly, an engineer and graduate of Centrale Lille, has been working in the rail industry since 1997. From SNCF to Eurostar Group, via Captrain Belgium and Thalys, he has successfully combined performance, safety, and human leadership.

IFF is thus strengthened by two complementary profiles, bringing operational, managerial, and human expertise to the service of its ambitions.
