IFF had the honor of participating as a SILVER Sponsor in the Rail Industry Summit organized by the MTI CLUSTER in El Jadida on December 9–10, 2024.
We warmly thank the professionals and partners of the railway sector for visiting our booth and for the quality of our discussions, which helped strengthen dialogue around key skills and innovation challenges.
As part of the plenary program, the IFF took part in the roundtable “Training to Transform: Human Capital as the Driver of Morocco’s Railway Development,” bringing together directors of engineering schools and leaders of training institutions active in the railway sector. On this occasion, Mr. Raphaël RABIER, Director General of the IFF, emphasized the strategic role of training in transforming the industry.
The IFF reaffirms its commitment to supporting human capital development and empowering talents in service of a modern, efficient, and sustainable railway sector.
