From 23 to 25 May 2025 in Fez, we had the pleasure of bringing together 81 participants from Morocco 🇲🇦, France 🇫🇷 and Spain 🇪🇸: IFF employees, trainers, industry experts and training correspondents.
A memorable seminar, reflecting a decade of commitment to innovative and excellent railway training.

This seminar was an opportunity to celebrate 10 years of achievements, to unite our teams around a collective and inspiring project, and to launch a strategic reflection on the future of the IFF by 2035.

Highlights of the seminar:
🍹 On Friday, a welcome cocktail party helped break the ice in a friendly atmosphere.

🧠 On Saturday, an entire day was devoted to workshops reflecting on the future of the IFF, working and projecting forward to the timeframes of 2030 and 2035.

🧪 At the same time, two immersive workshops were launched on Friday and continued on Saturday: one devoted to virtual reality, the other to educational innovation.

🌟 The day ended with a festive and warm gala dinner.

On Sunday, participants discovered the treasures of the medina of Fez, combining culture and inspiration.
