On April 17, IFF was pleased to welcome a delegation from the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Guinea Conakry for an institutional visit focused on exchange and cooperation.
This meeting provided an opportunity to showcase the IFF’s educational facilities and innovative resources, including the Digital Lab, educational models, and the Al Boraq high-speed train driving simulator. The delegation also had the chance to meet with SETRAG and OMP (Gabon) trainees currently in training, providing a concrete illustration of a resolutely practice-oriented approach.

On this occasion, IFF presented the flagship project carried out in partnership with the Compagnie des Bauxites de Guinée (CBG), launched in September 2024 and scheduled to conclude in May 2026.
In the spirit of continuity, prospects for cooperation were discussed to further strengthen this partnership and support the development of Guinea’s railway sector.
This visit illustrates the strength of the partnership between the IFF and Guinea’s railway stakeholders and confirms a shared ambition: to work together toward the sustainable development of the railway sector.
