IFF relies on a network of around one hundred trainers — SNCF and ONCF experts, retirees from both companies, and external contributors — all carefully selected for their expertise and commitment.
A hundred trainers chosen for their enthusiasm and skills
IFF dedicates an average of three to four months to the initial training of its French and Moroccan instructors and invests each year in their ongoing professional development. Training takes place both in France and Morocco, allowing each trainer to immerse themselves in the railway culture they are less familiar with. This approach ensures the excellence of instructors who are among the best specialists in their respective fields.
A network of experts for educational engineering and trainer support
To guarantee the long-term quality and high standards of its training programs, SNCF and ONCF expert advisors are continuously involved at the IFF. They assess the pedagogical quality and content of the courses, maintain close ties with the business lines of both companies, and help identify evolving training needs. This ensures the continuous renewal and improvement of IFF’s training programs.
For its courses, IFF relies on a team of carefully selected trainers with recognized expertise in their fields.
