<\/figure>\n\n\n\n🚆\u00a0Over three intense and exciting days, we took part in a number of presentations focusing on five key areas of rail skills development: training and education, diversity and inclusion, innovation, research and new technologies, safety and much more\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
👥An active presence at the SNCF Group stand, a place for enriching exchanges with partners from all over the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
🥈An exciting mission: to steer and support the African regional team at the TrainRail Hackathon International, which brilliantly won 2\u1d49 place on the podium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 🏯Finally, we took part in a wide range of technical and cultural visits, demonstrating the richness of the Chinese railway network and its deep roots in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It was also an opportunity to strengthen our international links and to highlight our commitment to developing skills and providing inclusive, innovative and forward-looking rail training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n An intense week full of exchanges, meetings and pride for the IFF team at the UIC World Congress on Railway Training, organised by the UIC and SWTJU, from 8 to 11 April 2025 in Chengdu, China.
