On 23 May, a meeting was held in Gabon to present the reports of surprise\u00a0related to the\u00a0integration course\u00a0of 15 new recruits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They will benefit from a special 18-month training programme launched in March 2024 (Tremplin programme) developed by the ERAMET Group and SETRAG and run by the IFF and the BBS school in Gabon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Divided into 4 sub-groups, these young apprentices had to present to a committee made up of several SETRAG managers the various points of astonishment as well as the areas for improvement to be studied and implemented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
