SETRAG has launched an innovative program to train and integrate 15 young executives in partnership with IFF and BBS Gabon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The kick-off event took place in Libreville on 5 March in the presence of SETRAG CEO Christian MAGNI and other key figures. IFF was represented by Raphael RABIER and Abderrahim EL HACHIMI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IFF has been chosen by SETRAG to manage this 15-month program known as “TREMPLIN”, which will alternate between Gabon, Morocco and France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program will include training in railway professions as well as support and coaching for young executives during the 15-month cycle, which will also include managerial, financial and management training provided by BBS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

91% was the satisfaction rate of participants at this kick-off event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
