AWARD\u201d as part of its 4th anniversary event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKasangga\u201d, which is the Filipino word for a dependable parner\u00a0is PRI&#8217;s award given as a recognition of non-railway operator partner of PRI with the strongest support to the institute in performing its mandate of developing the human resources in the Philippine railway sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Several metrics considered to gauge operator\u2019s participation such as attendance to meetings initiated by PRI, providing comments to PRI\u2019s documents for review, accommodation of various request, and timeliness of response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This recognition motivates us to pursue the initiatives we have undertaken with PRI and will enable us to expand our scope
