On November 3, 2026, in Hanoi, the official closing ceremony for the FEXTE VIETNAM program was held, marking an important milestone in railway cooperation between France, Morocco, and Vietnam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony featured remarks by the French and European Union ambassadors to Vietnam, as well as by the Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A program with tangible results:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-136 beneficiaries supported;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-10 training modules implemented in Vietnam, Morocco, and France;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Exchanges of expertise, visits to high-speed rail facilities, and feedback sessions to support the development of Vietnam\u2019s railway skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony also provided an opportunity to present the program\u2019s results, hear from trainees through their testimonials, and award certificates to the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond the results, the FEXTE program illustrates the strength of international cooperation based on knowledge sharing, the transfer of expertise, and the promotion of local skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
