On 26\u201327 November 2025, IFF took part in three key sessions of the Autumn Event of the UIC\u2019s Talent Expertise Development Platform (TEDP) in Lisbon, bringing together numerous international stakeholders in railway skills development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the agenda:<\/strong>
\u2014 Closing of the UIC Mentoring Programme, featuring the presentation of the 2025 results and avenues for improvement for future editions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 TEDP plenary meeting, including the 2025 review, an overview of UIC events, the election of the new chair, and a spotlight on major ongoing projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Talent Development Workshop, dedicated to training innovations: digitalisation, immersive learning, AI, learning platforms, and international programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All these innovations and practices help fuel collective thinking on the evolution of railway skills in a rapidly changing world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UIC also announced that the next TEDP event will be held in spring 2026 in Rabat, at the IFF \u2014 a recognition that confirms our Institute\u2019s expertise and international standing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
